How to book a visit to a dairy
You can book a visit with one day’s advance notice. We will take you to an artisan dairy with an English and Italian speaking guide, who will accompany you during your tour of the dairy, explaining the various phases of production. The experience concludes with a tasting of the fresh dairy products in combination with selected local wines. All strictly delicious and natural like the land of Puglia.
