Almapetra Trulli Resort has a green area dedicated to cultivation. A real kitchen garden with organic seasonal vegetables (like tomatoes, salad, courgettes, peppers, aubergines) and fruit, healthy and genuinely zero km.
The naturalness and quality of what is offered to guests is of the utmost importance to us, and we like to offer them a free basket of produce, harvested in the kitchen garden the same day, as a welcome gift. It will be a unique opportunity to try and reproduce traditional Puglia recipes, with produce from the local area. Children can help with harvesting and planting in the kitchen garden, to learn the cycles of nature while having fun.
